In a large, deep skillet brown ground turkey until cooked through and drain
Add Rotel, tomato sauce, beans, seasoning mix, and stir well. Add coleslaw mix and fold/stir into sauce ingredients.
Cover and cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes or until cabbage is desired texture. You may need to add a couple tablespoons of water as it's cooking to help steam the cabbage.
Remove lid, top with cheese, and replace lid. Cook for about 3 more minutes until cheese is melted.
