Grilled Halibut

An easy, tasty grilled halibut

Ingredients

  • 4 Thick-cut halibut fillets
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish optional
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Pat fillets dry with paper towels, brush with olive oil and season with salt & pepper
  • Heat gas grill to about 400 degrees. Clean and oil grates.
  • Place fish on grill and cook until spatula can be slid under fish easily, about 5 minutes
  • Flip fish and cook about 3-5 minutes more, until fish flakes easily with a fork and instant read thermometer reads 130 - 135 degrees.
  • Transfer to platter, let rest about 5 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice over fish and garnish with fresh parsely.
