Pat fillets dry with paper towels, brush with olive oil and season with salt & pepper
Heat gas grill to about 400 degrees. Clean and oil grates.
Place fish on grill and cook until spatula can be slid under fish easily, about 5 minutes
Flip fish and cook about 3-5 minutes more, until fish flakes easily with a fork and instant read thermometer reads 130 - 135 degrees.
Transfer to platter, let rest about 5 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice over fish and garnish with fresh parsely.
