These rotisserie chicken caesar wraps taste like a salad in wrap form. Using rotisserie chicken, bagged lettuce, pre-shredded parmesan, and bottled dressing makes them a super easy solution for lunches or meals on the go.

After reviewing our expenses and realizing how much we were spending going out for lunch on the weekends because we just didn’t want to figure out what to make, I began to take lunches more seriously in my meal planning. This included coming up with ideas for quick and easy lunches for our regular meal rotation. These chicken caesar wraps are a nice variation of the chicken caesar salad meal we make using frozen chicken chunks. Whenever I’m planning to pick up a rotisserie chicken, these wraps are on the list for lunch that weekend.

- Rotisserie Chicken: shredded rotisserie chicken
- Romaine Lettuce: chopped romaine lettuce
- Caesar Salad Dressing: We like Ken’s
- Flour tortillas or wraps: You can use any large tortilla or wrap. My favorite is Mission’s garden spinach wrap.

Preparation Steps for Rotisserie Chicken Caesar Wraps
- Mix together chicken, lettuce, shredded parmesan cheese and the amount of dressing you prefer
- Spoon chicken mix onto torilla/wrap and fold. I like to cut them in half.
That’s really all there is to it! A quick and fairly healthy lunch, made at home.

Rotisserie Chicken Caesar Wraps
Ingredients
- Shredded rotisserie chicken
- Bag of chopped romaine lettuce
- Shredded parmesan cheese
- Caesar salad dressing
- Flour wrap or tortilla
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together except the wraps. I use about 1/3 cup chicken per wrap and the other ingredients are to taste/desired level. I tear the larger pieces of lettuce into smaller pieces.
- Place chicken mixture onto wrap and fold. Cut wrap in half.
- Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap for later
